in Stewarts & Lloyds of India Ltd from TATA Steel.

Oiltanking GmbH, the world's largest independent storage and
oil terminalling service provider.
- IOTL's
primary business is building infrastructure, operating it or
coordinating complex logistics solutions for the petroleum and
related industries with core competence in bulk liquids terminalling
services and cross country piping.
- IOTL
also provides Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction
services to core sectors like Oil & Refinery, Petrochemicals,
Power and other infrastructure Industries in India and abroad.
- IOTL
pioneered the concept of independent termialling in India with
the construction and commissioning of its 1st Greenfield, state-of-the
art, fully automated terminal on 'Build, Own, Operate and
Maintain' basis at Navghar linked to Jawaharlal Nehru Port
of Jetties, in the record time of one year.
